Plans and Pricing
iService pricing by agent seat
iService prices each plan by agent seat and deployment choice. Ticket and resolution volume do not change the price. Suite, Professional, and Enterprise include different communication channels, configuration options, and customer success services. Request a demo for pricing, plan features, trial access, and hosted billing terms.
iService licensing by agent seat
iService prices access by agent seat and deployment choice. Ticket and resolution volume do not change the price. Service and finance leaders choose a plan for the agents, deployment, and features their team uses. The price remains tied to those plan factors as support work changes.
Plan features and fit
Suite gives small businesses multichannel digital service for teams with limited workflow automation and customization needs. Professional brings marketing, sales, and support into one enterprise digital service plan. Enterprise includes every iService feature and operational assistance. Selected plans include email routing, knowledge, workflows, AI, reporting, and integrations without add-on or usage fees.
iService runs in browsers on mobile and desktop devices without local software installation. Your team accesses the service from those devices through the browser.
Trial access and plan changes
An iService trial gives a service leader full access to a configurable tenant. An iService customer success manager helps the team onboard. During the trial, the team configures the tenant and chooses the plan for its work. To continue after the trial, select a plan and payment method. Accounts without both are suspended.
Teams can upgrade at any time and downgrade at periodic renewal. Plan changes follow the timing stated for each action.
Hosted billing terms
Hosted iService plans use pay-as-you-go SaaS billing. The plan has no long-term commitment or cancellation fee, and a cancellation takes effect after the current term. Hosted customers can move to an on-premises installation when their deployment needs change.
