Common use case

Run high-volume customer service operations

iService configures queues, workflows, routing, and reports for high-volume service work. Segment Management and Workflow Automation set intake, service-level priority, skills-based assignment, and process steps. Service leaders update those rules as volume, ownership, and processes change.

Consistent service rules across agents

Agents use configured queue, routing, workflow, and reporting rules for every service request.

iService stores service rules in workflows and routing rules. Managers set queues, workflows, and reports for service work. Agents follow those rules for each request. Managers update them as service work changes.

Segment-led routing and reporting

Each service request enters a segment, receives service-level priority, routes by skill, and follows a workflow.

iService combines Segment Management and Workflow Automation with routing and reporting. Incoming questions enter by segment, receive service-level priority, and route by agent skill. The assigned agent receives work in an inbox, where workflow Answer Panels guide the next action. Reporting reads the queues and workflows that define the operation.

From customer question to assigned work

A customer question receives segment, priority, owner, and workflow actions in iService.

A customer question arrives in its configured segment. The service level sets priority, and skills-based routing sends it to the assigned agent's inbox. The agent follows the workflow Answer Panel for the next action. Managers use queue, workflow, and report results to update service rules as workload changes.

Segment, service-level, and workflow rules

Each interaction uses segment configuration, service levels, skills-based routing, and workflow Answer Panels.

iService applies segment-specific configuration, service levels, skills-based routing, and workflow Answer Panels to each interaction. These rules connect the request to its queue, workflow, and reporting result. Service teams follow the configured process for each request.

Update queues, workflows, and reports

Service leaders update queues, workflows, routing rules, and reports as service work changes.

iService keeps workflows, queues, and reports together. Service leaders see how work moves and change the rules that route it. The same queues and reports show how each service process performs.
