It also delivers advanced integration with Calabrio, recurring calendar events, and much more, further solidifying iService as the best account management software. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new.
Organize Your Contacts with Accounts | Best Account Management Software
Knowing your customers begins with understanding their journey. Since every organization is unique, you can now showcase that distinctiveness in iService with Accounts. Leverage the new Accounts feature and custom account properties to track essential details—such as account numbers, membership IDs, industry classifications, or any other information critical to your business.
This version maintains clarity while making the sentences more direct and engaging. Let me know if you’d like further refinements!
You can view the entire history of interactions across all contacts linked to an account. This comprehensive, offered by the Best Account Management Software, view lets you track every touch point. From emails and calls to meetings and support requests, it will provide a richer understanding of your customer relationships. Stay informed, spot trends, and ensure you have a complete understanding of your customer.
Tracking information about Accounts and Contacts in iService provides complementary insights that help you build and maintain strong business relationships. Here’s why it’s important to your business.
Accounts represent organizations or businesses, while contacts are the individuals within those organizations. By tracking both, you can connect personal interactions with the overall context of the account, such as company goals, needs, and history.
Keeping detailed records about your contacts helps personalize communication and build rapport, while account-level data ensures you’re addressing the organization’s broader concerns or opportunities.
Aligning account and contact information using the Best Account Management Software allows for targeted campaigns and tailored strategies. For instance, knowing the roles and influence of specific contacts helps you identify decision-makers.
If a client has an issue, you can quickly determine whether it’s specific to the contact or tied to the entire account which enables faster and more accurate resolutions.
Tracking both levels ensures that changes (e.g., contacts moving companies or shifts in account needs) don’t derail your efforts. This also helps maintain continuity, even as team members or priorities change.
It’s all about combining the individual human connection with the broader organizational dynamics to enhance your customer relationships.
Keep Your Schedule on Track with Recurring Events
Recurring calendar events can be a game changer for tasks that need to be scheduled, such as monthly reviews or system patching. You can create events that repeat automatically to fit your requirements—whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
For even greater efficiency, you can integrate recurring calendar events with Zapier. This allows you to convert your scheduled events into tickets, which further streamlines your task management. Streamlining task management further. It’s a practical way to keep everything on track without additional work.
Automating ticket creation for important tasks and reminders from the built-in calendar can ensure those tasks stay visible. Combine the scheduled tickets with iService Alerts to help you maintain an organized operational routine.
Reopen Resolved Questions
This update allows you to reopen resolved questions with just a single click. Whether you need to revisit a query or address additional concerns, this feature makes it easy to reopen resolved questions. When reopened, the question is automatically reassigned to the agent who initiated the action, ensuring a seamless follow-up process and reflecting the efficiency of our customer account management software.
This is especially useful for workflow tickets that have custom answer panels. Those panels often require a unique tag value that is associated with the original ticket. The reopen feature makes it easy to get back to the custom workflow view needed for the interaction.
Clear Insights with Status Audits and Expanded Details
New audit features make understanding and troubleshooting interactions easier.
Understand Audits with help from AI
iService now provides an easy-to-use Explain This Status Audit feature that can help you understand status audit details. Whether you’re troubleshooting or trying to understand an interaction’s journey using the Status Audit Page, this tool explains every status change. You can ask questions about the status audit using ChatGPT integration that is trained on the details of evaluating iService status audits.
Interaction Activity Audit Details | Best Account Management Software
The Interaction Activity section, a core feature of our customer account management software, provides a detailed explanation for the entire journey of the interaction. While the status audit shows changes to status, such as a topic change or agent assignment, the activity section shows every process that evaluated the interaction regardless of whether or not changes were made.
It includes every filter that was attempted and every notification that was considered. The activities that did not result in a change to the interaction can help you understand why filters or notifications were not used as intended.
Improved Workflow Builder
The workflow builder has been redesigned to improve usability. Button actions are now managed through a side panel, making it easier to configure actions such as creating tickets and sending notification messages. With these enhancements, iService continues to excel as the best account management software in the market.
Workflows have new workflow calendar features, including selecting date ranges or choosing multiple dates. You can restrict date selections to your desired range with a minimum and maximum date setting.
Contact and interaction properties are also enhanced in this release. You can now display contact properties in the subject lines of tickets and notifications, and you can save contact properties directly into interaction properties. For example, if you know the contact’s phone number you can insert it directly into an interaction property for a ticket.
These features reflect our commitment to solving your challenges and providing tools that make your workday easier. With every update, we aim to deliver solutions tailored to your needs, whether it’s through better organization, more flexible workflows, or advanced integrations. iService has also reasserted its position as a trusted customer account management software.
